TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Vacmania is an internet portal providing advertisement services for holiday rentals (hotels, studios & apartments, chalet etc.). Vacmania is not a travel agency, consequently no kind of bookings can be made through the site. Our sole role is to display a selection of advertisements and we will never be involved in searching for a rental. For booking, renters will deal directly with the owner without any intervention from Vacmania.
   
   
2. All the information about the advertisements is provided by the owners. They must also own the copyright of the photos they provide. Therefore, Vacmania cannot be held responsible for wrong or misleading advertisements, neither for disagreements between renters and owners. Moreover, we have no responsibility for any possible legal or civil or penal demands or any possible damages by site visitors or third party in relation to the function or not and the use of our site. The owners discharge Vacmania of all third party responsibility.
   
   
3. Vacmania reserves the right not to publish an advertisement if the information is inaccurate or incomplete. Vacmania can at any time remove an advertisement without any notice and refund of subscription (e.g. in case of complaints from renters). If we don’t have any complains from the owner within 7 days from the beginning of the publication of his advertisement, the advertisement will be considered correctly inputted and so the subscription won’t be refundable. The owner can at any time ask to remove his advertisement sending us a fax or letter, but he has no right to a refund.
   
   
4. The publication of an advertisement starts on the receipt of payment. The length of publication is 6, 12 or 24 months. One month before the end of the subscription, the owner will receive a mail alert for the renewal of his subscription.
   
   
5. Vacmania will make every effort to ensure the good operation of the site but won’t be held responsible in case of interruptions, errors or viruses during the operation. If the site does not respond for a while, the length of publication won’t be extended. If the site stops operating, the money of the subscription is not refundable.
   
   
6. As Vacmania contains links to other sites it cannot be held responsible for the contents, the availability or any kind of damage these links can cause. The visitors access these pages with their own responsibility.
   
   
7. Lodgings that belong to the same owner but are based on different locations can’t be advertised in the same advertisement.
   
   
8. Vacmania reserves the right to change the prices of its packages. The new prices concern only the new subscribers or those who renew their subscription.
   
   
9. By using Vacmania, you express your agreement with these terms & conditions. Vacmania reserves the right to change its contents, services and also terms and conditions at any time and without any warning.
